My Story

I believe we all have a story which has led us to the person who we are today.

There is a reason I am working with women all over the world to feel the best version of themselves, and here is why….

Growing up I was never into ‘sports’, nor was I naturally lean, in fact I had a decent amount of puppy fat and Physical Education was my least favourite subject at school. However, I did love to dance, and several nights after school I would go to dance school with a bunch of amazing girls where we worked hard but also shared many giggles! At the time I never saw dance as exercise, but when I look back now, it certainly was a workout!

As the dancing slowed down the gym workouts took over. I LOVED fitness classes, swimming, hitting the gym and cycling outdoors; I was hooked. In my early twenties my Grandad passed away and without any previous running experience I decided to enter a marathon to raise money for cancer. It was in this time that I completely fell in love with exercise and nutrition, every day I was eager to learn more and more. Since then, I have certified in many forms of Group Fitness, Personal Training and I am a Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

Due to my natural ability to chat for hours I attracted many female clients, and soon discovered that my passion, determination and positivity was making a difference in women’s lives.

It took some time to feel as confident as I do today in my body, but I can proudly say that I am at a point where I worry less about my image and focus on WHAT MY BODY CAN DO FOR ME! Sure, I have the days when I don’t like my thighs (I’m human too) but My body is STRONG, it can move well, and I fuel it with foods that are good for it.

More than anything I want YOU to feel this good about yourself. Healthy eating and exercise should be part of your lifestyle, and the last thing we want is to view these things as a chore each day.

You know you are BEAUTIFUL, and you are your best self when you let the worries drift away! I am determined to bring out the FEEL GOOD in you. Starting with food, then exercise; we’re going to cook together, workout together, set positive goals and feel FLIPPING AMAZING!
